Stuck on installing in launcher

Hello, i can't install minecraft. i am stuck on installing and nothing happen. i have waited couple of hours and nothing. 

I tried everything.. reinstallin, restart PC, clear cache, power unistall with program revo unistaller etc. 

 

What should i do ?
