I've owned both bedrock edition and java edition for well over 2 years now, yet i don't have the vanilla cape.

First of all, heres my microsoft account name "WarpedLGR"

The title says it all, i've owned both versions for more than 2 years, yet my vanilla cape is not there.

I do not recall since when i owned java, probably over 6-8 years at this point, i do know i got it earlier than 2016 or something.

Before you ask, Yes, i have them both linked to the same microsoft account, yes, i do have evidence i own them both.

Any evidence not disclosed thorugh text is disclosed through an image, the achievement one is there to show that i've owned the game's bedrock edition since at the Very least 2020.

Please, i'd like some clarification on why i havent received it yet, and in the case where it is some sort of error, i request that my account receives the cape.
