Resolution resets

When switching to or launching any profile, the "resolution" part of that profile disappears from launcher_profiles.json and "version" gets set to 3, which causes this error:

PersistentReflectedStruct.h(44)] Data version 3 is greater than current version 0 but we don't support downgrading.

Setting "version" to 0 makes the game launch with the chosen resolution that time, but since it's gone from the settings file, this only works once.
