my minecraft launcher does not identify my minecraft for windows as original but as a test

I have minecraft bedrock purchased, and on the pc I have minecraft for windows, but when I go to download, my microsoft store and my minecraft launcher say that I only have the trial version, but in some past version of the launcher I can install my minecraft for windows without no plobema.
