Minecraft not downloading library files java on its own

i am trying to install minecraft version 1.19.2 but whenever i try to install i have to download a new java file in library folder in various variates example mojang com logging 1.0.0 and many more and its not getting downloaded on its own i have to download 1 by 1 and there are thousands of those if i do like that i will never be able to play minecraft please help and its not only for 1.19.2 but for every version
