Cannot open after Java Edition crashes

When I create a new world on Java Edition (using forge, so I'm not creating that issue in the bug tracker), it crashes at 0%, but when I try to open the launcher again, it just won't start. I have to restart my whole system (Windows 11 Home) to get it to launch again.
