My laucher will not open at all, because "corruption of a dll file"

Expected:
the launcher launches and shows my home screen of the launcher

*What happens: *
does not show the home screen, but shows an error message, as displayed in the 2 images
below (the first one is the message when I use launcher, the second one is when I press ok,
on the first one as a follow-up message)

Extra information:
I do have optifine installed, as well as a custom profile with selected mods, everything else is
ether vanilla non-modded profiles

I do have a suspect of a provided program that "boosts the game" every time I open the
launcher, it could have deleted essential files
