there was an issue occured when going in to the installation tab

so I was launching up Minecraft tryin to see if I installed optifine and all of a sudden it gave me an error message saying "An unexpected issue occurred!" so I tried restarting my launcher 5 times and it still gives me the same error, pls fix this mojang.
