Data loss when changing from SSD to HDD with windows

I was changing the folders location from my SSD to my HDD becouse i was running out of space, i used the integrated function of windows to move aplications and i think it was done wrong, i have a loot of blank carpets and i think there is data loss, it affected bot my minecraft games, minecraft and minecraft dungeons and i just want to know wich folders or data i need to store to re install everething, i hope someone can help me, sorry if my gramatic is bad, i am not a native speaker xD.
