Coppa Compliance and Realms wont launch.

My game currently oscillates back and forth between only allowing me to play the demo and letting me log in but I cant get on realms or else i will be forced to "migrate my account" which I have already done. I've tried logging in logging out, restarting my computer, uninstalling reinstalling. I can login fine on the minecraft website and my account is migrated. Please help. Thanks
