Capes and skin doesn't load

Since this month any skin that I added before this month to the launcher wasn't loading and thats not the big problem beacause I can always import it back the problems are the capes (the vanilla cape and the migration cape), they are not loading to it just shows those 3 dots and where it suppose to be the image of the cape is just black. If I try to chose another cape it just show a error in the corner "Unable to save skin" and I can't chose any cape with any new skin and I can't change it to the skin that have a cape.
