Custom skins are all deleted after Minecraft Live added new default skins

In my launcher it said there were new skins - the ones announced in Mc live - so I went to go check them out. When I opened the skins tab in the launcher, all of my custom skins were completely gone. The new default skins were there, but all of my custom ones were deleted, even the one I am currently using, although that one still works in-game.
