Minecrafft Error Code 0x80004005

I just randomly opened Minecraft in hope to play and have a good time and then I saw that it didn't open to the menu where it shows play instead showing my account and I clicked to log in and then this message pop up in the top right corner and it just keeps on showing up, I restarted my mac and then I reinstalled the game and I tried everything I could but can't seem to fix it. It says something about Windows needing to be up to date but I'm on mac. Can anyone help?
