the launcher language is set to English every time I reopen it

What I expected to happen was...:
I being Italian, when I open the launcher it should open in Italian

What actually happened was...:
however, when I open it for the first time after turning on the PC or if I close it and then open it again, it automatically sets itself in English instead of Italian
