skin not loading and app not loading

so the skin mistake report is the same as what im having however im also having minor trouble trying to start up minecraft everytime i hit play the app opens up and starts with non-responding aka frozen i open task manager and remove the launcher witch is somehow in the background apps and it fix the problem but its annoying to do this every time could someone help with these problems?
