Bundle Isn't Working

I have two Microsoft accounts. Both owned Minecraft Bedrock prior to the bundle. One got Java for free, as is intended. The other only shows Java's demo? I believe it's supposed to give me Java for free. I've checked Store, and it's telling me to buy the bundle, even though I have Bedrock. Bedrock works fully as intended, I don't know what's going on here.
