I don't have the vanilla layer in any of the versions

I have not received my vanilla cape as much as in java or bedrock, I have been waiting for 1 month as it says on the official minecraft page but the cape has not arrived.

It should be noted that I obtained the 2 versions before June 6, java by code and bedrock from the microsoft store
