I still don't have Minecraft Vanilla cape

I had bought Minecraft Java and Minecraft Bedrock before the 8th of June, but I still haven't got the Minecraft Vanilla cape. Is there an explanation of why I still don't have the cape? Thanks, in advance.

PD: I don't have it on Java nor Bedrock.
