When Offline, The Launcher Displays 1.13 pre10 as the Latest Snapshot

When I open th Minecraft Launcher offline, the launcher says that the latest Java Snapshot is 1.13 pre10. When I go back online and close and re-open the launcher, it goes back to saying 1.19.2.
