Minecraft Bedrock Windows not 1.19.3

So basically I was trying to join my friend on their world, which is a 1.19.3 world now that the update has been released and figured that it would automatically download but no, I got the outdated client message. So I tried restarting the application through the settings menu, still in 1.19.2. Then I figured that maybe uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher would work, still have the outdated client message. Then I thought that maybe uninstalling Minecraft for Windows and reinstalling within the launcher would do something, and it's been pretty much an hour now since I clicked reinstall and it's still downloading. Please help I don't know what to do,
