I haven't recived my Vanilla cape

The cape for having both minecraft java and bedrock edition has not arrived on my account.

I have bought both java and bedrock on the same account since 2016.
My minecraft username: SupFederico and SupFede ( both of the name are on the same account beacause my original account was taken from an hacker but i originally bought minecraft java and bedrock a long time ago).
