Make username and Minecraft doesnt Launch

Trying to Log in to Java edition, Game asks me to make a user name. After hitting Confirm i get a "unexpected Issue" error. Ive restarted the Laucher multiple times. Ive also reinstalled the launcher Launcher Log:
