Duplicate migration

Recently I received an email from Mojang to perform migration from Mojang account to Microsoft account. I was a bit surprised since I have been using Minecraft launcher for quite a while to start Minecraft Java edition. Nevertheless I initiated the account migration on minecraft.net, I found out there that my account still needed migration, so I went further. After entering the 7 digit code and selecting my microsoft account I was informed that this microsoft account already has a minecraft account attached to it. No surprise, since I have been using it for a while. But I wanted to get rid of the mojang's e-mails and finish off with the migration, thus I created a new microsoft account and migrated my mojang account to it. So in Minecraft Launcher I have now two accounts.

I wanted to check which Mojang accounts are linked to them, thus I entered Hypixel to find out my mojang minecraft alias name for each microsoft accounts.

For the "old" (Hokuszpook) one I had no problem. For the freshly created one (BlooodyHell), I was immediately "permanently banned" due to some "suspicious activity"

So somewhat the system allowed multiple migrations of the same mojang account, and one of them led to some security problems.

I don't care about Hypixel since I just wanted to use it to find out my alias name. What I care is the possible security related bug which allowed multiple account migrations.

You can find my account details on the first screenshot, I presume you can find my e-mail addresses as well from your databases.

The only feedback I need is whether I can delete my freshly created microsoft account without causing any problems to access minecraft with the "old" account.
