Both Minecraft cape missing (Minecraft Java and Minecraft Edition)

Hello! I didn't get my cloak for having both minecraft at once. Of course, I had both games on the same account for windows 10 and Jave (of course, before giving these minecraft to all players, I don't remember when, but you probably know what I mean). But neither on the website nor in the lunch I see my cloak. Maybe it is because I used the key for minecraft windows 10?
