Minecraft launcher + game disconnects every secons

Since one of the recent updates I am having Issues with the Minecraft launcher and also the game itself.
In the launcher i get a disconnect for one second and then I'm connected for a second.
It also tells me to play the demo although I own the Java version of the game.
I tried online but the disconnects aplly to the game aswell.
