Patch notes for 1.19.2 use "ref=reddit" in the Minecraft Issue Tracker link

The bug

The patch notes for Minecraft: Java Edition 1.19.2 use ref=reddit, rather than ref=launcher, in the Minecraft Issue Tracker link. This currently links to https://aka.ms/snapshotbugs?ref=reddit, although one would expect it to link to https://aka.ms/snapshotbugs?ref=launcher.

How to reproduce

1. Open the Minecraft Launcher, and navigate to the Minecraft: Java Edition -> Patch Notes tab
2. Open the patch notes for Minecraft: Java Edition 1.19.2
3. Click the first "Minecraft Issue Tracker" link, and look closely at the link that is opened
   ref=reddit is used, rather than ref=launcher
