Minecraft Launcher flashes between online and offline

About 2 weeks ago my minecraft launcher did not allow me to play the game, because a message appeared at the bottom which said that it was not possible to connect to the minecraft servers, so I restarted the PC to see if it worked and it was solved but not quite, since it kept showing that there was no connection to the servers but at times, the launcher flickered between offline and online, which allowed me to play the game now but with limitations, since it wouldn't let me change the aspect because it appeared offline, invalid session among others, until today I was playing with this error in the launcher, since I could not find a solution to the problem but today I wanted to change my skin and I remembered that due to the error in the launcher no It allowed me, so I tried to solve it by uninstalling and installing the launcher again, which caused the session to be closed and when I re-entered the launcher with the account, it loaded me without a profile picture and only let me play r to the demo, it was as if I hadn't bought minecraft, which if I have bought since October 31, 2019, now I can't even play minecraft anymore and if I try to "buy" again the game sends me to the page where the game is bought but since I already have it bought it appears to buy as a gift. I would appreciate any help or recommendation to play the game again without having to buy it again in another account, and I hope a permanent solution can be found. Thank you
