I can't download Minecraft for Windows

I bought minecraft java&bedrock today, but when i am trying to download Minecraft for Windows, it starts, then stops at 3.11mb and doesn't go anywhere, i have already been waiting so long and it still here, i have red Minecraft launcher trobleshooting but it didn't helped
