Launcher is in offline loop

The launcher keeps saying Offline/Demo/Buy now when open it. I switches between Demo and Offline constantly. I have internet connections. Terredo is working. Nat is open. Xbox app is updated and running. My account is active with Microsoft and everything is inline on microsoft. I have reinstalled the launcher multiple times. I have tried almost every fix i could find.
Any help would be apprieciated.

Update: Fixed it by installing Xbox console companion and signing in?
             Microsoft please fix

Update 2: Console companion has to be open for me to even be able to install/update the game and launch it
