i already purchased minecraft but cannot download in launcher

What I expected to happen was...:
i can login to my microsoft account where i got minecraft java

What actually happened

cannot install minecraft try again appear on bottom

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login to your account
2. xbox window will appear 
3. press lets go

4. try again buttion appear
