I cannot download Minecraft bedrock edition.

I cannot download minecraft bedrock edition, every time I try to download the buttun appears as idle and cannot cancel nor pause the installation.

I have tried:

Restarting my PC.

Close the launcher and installed in microsoft store.

Re-installing the Minecraft Launcher.

installing the Minecraft Windows by itself.

any of this has not worked for me.
