Not Opening

I went to open Minecraft using the launcher, but it did not open. About 15 minutes later it opened, and gave me an error message, telling me to restart the launcher, in which I did, and now I only get error messages.

On the FAQ, it told me to repair and reset minecraft launcher, which I have done, and then it said to uninstall the launcher. However with every attempt (MS store, XBOX app, Windows Settings, Recycle Bin), it fails to uninstall/the progress bar for uninstalling does not move.  I can't force close minecraft launcher using task manager as well. Is there anything I can do?
