Minecraft Launcher downloads updates everytime I start it

When I start Minecraft Launcher, a window pops up and downloads update files. I tried to change the launcher to the beta version, I tried reinstalling the launcher and deleting the .minecraft files and non of these worked.

I've attached the launcher log from the .minecraft folder.
