i uninstalled bedrock edition and i tried to install it again and this is what i see

i uninstalled bedrock edition and i tried to install it again and this is what i see|i was trying to get into my friend's server and i realized i was in version 1.19.2 and the server was 1.19.10 i dont know how to change the version so i uninstalled bedrock and now for some reason i cant install it again i have 74 gb of space in my computer|note this is bedrock
