Launcher icon changes to default when buttons on the task bar are set to not combine

The launcher icon defauts to the old one when the buttons on the task bar are set to never conbine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set task bar buttons to never conbine on task bar configuration (Windows).

2. Open launcher.
