Bug username in launcher

Hello, I purchased Minecraft Java Edition on Friday, December 24, 2021 (I have the invoice with transaction IDs and order number if needed). I wanted to reinstall Minecraft recently. So I logged into my Minecraft account with which I made the purchase. 

My problem is this: when I'm on the Minecraft launcher, I can only play Minecraft compatible with mobile versions, and when I want to play Minecraft Java edition, it asks me for a username, when I enter it, it marks me a mistake when creating an account.
 
Some informations:

Recently, I reset my pc, can the problem come from there?

About 1 month ago, the card with which I made the payment was terminated for personal reasons, however, the debit had indeed taken place last year.
