Error: Failed to create profile.

Bought minecraft about 3-4 weeks ago. Only the bedrock version is launched, and the java version cannot be launched, because "failed to create a profile."
I perfectly understand that the problem is not in the launcher and not in the game files, since the profile is not created on the site either. The button just doesn't click.

Some users have a problem, but as I understand it, not everyone has a problem and the problem is constantly refreshed.
