Couldn't connect to the Minecraft Services + Doesn't think I own game

Hi Team, 

I am currently having two issues which arose after I migrated my account from Mojang to Microsoft.

1. Login issues, the launcher won't connect to Minecraft services (possibly related to this issue? https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/MCL/issues/MCL-11510?filter=allopenissues)
2. Minecraft Launcher doesn't think I own Minecraft, neither the Java edition or the Windows edition.  

So far attempting to fix this issue I have: 
 - logged in/out 
 - Cleaned up cached account tokens 
 - Done a quick check of active programs and didn't notice anything that clashed with "known issues". 
 - turned off my VPN
 - reinstalled minecraft
