icons and images have a "white grainy" effect

when i open the louncher the images start to grainy with a white effect (pictures attached), i have already tried to uninstall the louncher several times and nothing has changed.

if you need to know my pc is a MSI stealth GS66 (Intel i9-12900h, NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3070ti)
