Unable to open Minecraft launcher or download Minecraft

So umm when I try to open the Minecraft launcher, an error pops up telling me "Check the Windows Store for more info about Minecraft Launcher".

But it doesn't tell me what to do on the store and just opens the Minecraft launcher download, and if I try to download the Minecraft launcher, it says "Something happened on our end". 

Then I try to download the new Java & Bedrock edition, but it sends me to the Xbox download and I still cant use the Minecraft launcher. What the hell do I do ?
