Own Minecraft but can only play demo

I have game pass, I played minecraft normal, The launcher crash when i install java and forge, open minecraft launcher again, It says play demo and can't connect to microsoft services, I relogin my account in launcher, reinstall launcher, Delete all minecraft folder and mod, using 7/8 windows launcher, restart my pc, reset my windows, and using virtual box, but sill I can only play demo, what is that problem?
