I cannot access Minecraft Java edition even though I have Bedrock

If I open the Minecraft Launcher, it tells me that I can Redeem the Java Edition because I have the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft. But if I go to redeem it, it only tells me that I am able to buy the PC Bundle and I would have to pay.
