Launcher opens and closes

I can't find a matching bug report so I will say it here. Each time I go to play Minecraft Java, the launcher opens for like 20 seconds and closes for no reason so it forces me to restart my PC just to open the launcher for one time but if I close it after that, it does the same thing again. It's been happening for months now and it is annoying and I remember hearing about it somewhere. Please fix this issue.
