Cannot download windows 10 launcher

I recently got the free windows ten from having a previous java account but am unable to access it. When I download the launcher installer and click install it starts installing before giving me an error, if I try and do it again it doesn't give the error and just closes. I tried getting around this by downloading in the Microsoft app store but whenever I try and install it there it says

"try again later 

something happened on our end"
