Transitions not animating correctly

Transition downwards animation isn't playing as expected.

Bounce transition upwards works as intended between one card. All other cards aren't consistent/don't use the bounce transition. They only fade.

This is while enabling `Animate transitions between pages in the Launcher` option in Settings
