Microsoft account login problem

Hello, as the summary indicates, I have a Microsoft account connection problem.

When I run the Minecraft launcher and the I want to sign in with my Microsoft account, unable to sign in, I get an error message "An error occurred while trying to sign in. If the problem persists , check your internet connection."

My internet connection is working perfectly.

I looked at the support of Minecraft.net which already mentions the problem only the solution proposed does not work with computers running Windows 7.

I looked at other tickets that mention similar cases, unfortunately nothing conclusive.

Please help me to solve this problem.
