Can't launch java edition

I installed fabric mod loader and replay mod and when I tried to launch, It prompted me to create my profile even though I already did, and when I did it again, it said 'Failed to create profile.' I installed ffmpeg and the issue didn't change. I waited a day and the issue still persisted.

How to reproduce:

1. Go here.
2. Follow the tutorial but install fabric as a .exe instead.
3. Attempt to play.
