I can never connect to Minecraft services.

I'm logged into my Microsoft account in the launcher, but it says it couldn't connect to the Minecraft services. Java and Bedrock each say Play Demo/Trial despite me having owned both for years.
It just started happening one day. I have no idea why or how or what steps to follow to recreate.
It may have to do with Xbox. I'm not sure.
