Not able to update the Minecraft Native Launcher no matter what

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft with both launchers
I have run as administrator with both
I have changed where my app downloads go
I have reset and repaired both launchers I have deleted everything Minecraft for both launchers
I have even tried using other mod launchers to launch and it just does not work

The only thing that has worked was deleting everything Minecraft and redownloading Minecraft Launcher (the Windows 8/7 version, I have tried the Windows 10/11 version and it doesn't work at all still) and it updates completely fine
But after you leave Minecraft and want to go back, it has to update again even tho it already has and goes back to the same issue

The only other thing I haven't done yet was factory resetting my PC which I don't want to do but it seems it's gonna come to it

I have been trying to get my Minecraft back for weeks

I have also had the issue of it saying that there is no connection to my internet

There are other people saying that have been having issues with the Minecraft Launcher now
