Launcher strings fail to capitalize brand-names

Several new strings were added to the launcher, which do not capitalize the first letters of their proper nouns:

A new mob will join minecraft!

These should of course be "Minecraft", "Windows", "Mac", "Linux", and "Windows Store" respectively
